Josh Gass has his MA from the University of New Orleans and is currently a doctoral candidate at Ohio State University. He is interested in 17th and 18th century literature, genre theory, horror film, trash literature, and music. His dissertation describes the evolution of the villain-character through the birth of mass market media culture in the 18th century.
